The online staff does not have access to the systems that can take care of your situation.

Your best bet is to use the Chat at http://support.experts-exchange.com/ Monday-Friday 5:00AM-8:00PM PST but I will alert the customer service team; however, it's Sunday evening in California, so they won't be able to do anything for about ten hours.
