How to setup iSCSI Target on W2K3 server?

This is using MS Windows 2003 R2 32-bit standard server on a quite old hardware. This server is currently not in use due to the hardware. We are planning to redeploy it as a storage server to provide few iSCSI targets using its local hard disks. How can I do it?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Arnold, no iSCSI target software for w2k3 server.

At the end, my management allowed us to use w2k8 32-bit, and as for the iscsi targets, we are using kernsafe with free version. It works perfectly.
