target="_blank" in frire fox and chrome

href="./images/location.png" target="_blank"
The above line opens an image as shown below. In FF, it centers nicely with black background. But. in others such as chrome or ie it corners on a white background.

FF performs better, it there any way to make it to have black background also centered ( with target="_blank" attribute)?

It's browser's built-in function, so there is no way you can change it directly from HTML (using attribute or whatever technique). I don't even see any settings in neither Chrome, Internet Explorer nor Firefox to allow users to configure that option.

So you might have to find some help from 3rd plug-ins, Google gives one here for Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/image-to-center/kcpejamelebpigblebnbabhndaaffjok?hl=en. However, I don't think it's feasible because that's up to website visitors, not under your control.
