User passwords

Right now we know our users passwords and we are trying to get away from that, but I have a question.  If I am helping a user out, and we are logged on as them and we need to do a restart, do I let them type the password in while I stand back or what?

Thanks.

If that is the case then if they feel that you saw the password being typed in then you can simply change it.

AD and password polies if setup work well.

To assists your users, you could configure and use Remote Assistance, which doesn't require the user to key in passwords. You can send the remote assistance offer to their PCs and solve their issues, if their system is online.
