Emails with attachments don't arrive in account.

During the past few weeks I've experienced twice that emails I've sent to users on don't arrive. Done some testing and found that if my sent message has no attachment, it arrives fine. If there is an attachment (pdf-file of 19kB) it doesn't arrive in the user's mailbox or in the junk mail folder.

The log from my mail server shows that sending went fine, and the message was transferred ok to hotmail's server. Message and attachment is virus checked before sending.

Anyone know what may be the reason for this?

You need to get the problem users to check their settings (Hotmail has gone) for attachment properties. The issue is not yours. Perhaps add you to the Safe Senders list. does not preclude normal attachments,

The addresses involved are actually one and one Both of these resolves, according to my mail server logs, to addresses.

Will have these users check their settings...

Hotmail has moved to so even with a Hotmail address, it now goes to Please let us know after settings have been checked.
