Internet Explorer Rendering Unwanted Text

I'm using Joomla 3.4.1. The pic shows the unwanted text in IE 10. Any idea why this is showing up? Thanks for your help. URL: http://www.reliablefilter.com/NEW/ ie-idkey.jpg

PaulRisko - now the cache is off do you still have the problem?
I ran IE11 in developer mode and ran it as IE10 and the site still looks ok.
I read somewhere some plugins (certain social one and a certain slider) do not play well with the cache.

you have a script error here
var emailProtector=emailProtector||{};emailProtector.addCloakedMailto=function(f,h){var g=document.querySelectorAll("."+f);for(i=0;i<g.length;i++){var a=g[i],e=a.getElementsByTagName("span"),c="",b="";a.className=a.className.replace(" "+f,"");for(var d=0;d<e.length;d++)c+=e[d].getAttribute("data-ep-af2da"),b=e[d].getAttribute("data-ep-b2383")+b;if(!b)break;a.innerHTML=c+b;if(!h)break;a.parentNode.href="mailto:"+c+b}};

if you have any caching (Joomla or any added caching module like JotCache) turned on,  turn it off and see if it goes away.

Are either of you running windows? If so, do you still see the odd text?

on Mac there is no problem (Safari, Chrome)
I only have IE 11 on my Windows machine and that also looks ok.  if you tell IE 11 to view your site in compatibility mode then it displays the menu incorrectly but not showing if the above code.

do you still have the problem?  do you have he cache on?

PaulRisko--
the unwanted text does not appear when I access the site on my PC using Win 7 and IE11.
Why not upgrade to IE11?
For Win 7 64 bit
