Exchange address book not reflecting country code change in AD

Hi




we experience that users that when we change country code on user Object in AD, the change is not reflected in address book in Outlook.

All other changes are changed - but country code is set to United Kingdom.

Is this a missing attribute in address book generation?

Any change in offline address book takes place on next day. I believe you are using exchange 2013 and if so, see the below

Have you tried force update the Offline Address book? Do you get any event logs related to address book?

could you check if the change is reflected in OWA?

All other settings are updated. Addresses phone numbers, but not country code. No errors in address book generation

What is the version of your exchange 2013? (CU applied)

I tested using windows 2012 R2 and exchange 2013. For me the change is getting reflected without any issues. I tired most of ISO 3166 country code values.

Now could you clarify the following;

1. What country code you are trying to have?
2. Are you using any scripts to change  or using ADUC?
3. Does the change gets reflected in your  other DCs (if you have)?
5. When you log into OWA, are you able to see the change or is it an issue with outlook only?

Looks like - for some reason, the change in AD was present on user objects address properties, but in ADSI edit - the old country code was entered. Changed in ADSI edit - update update download OAB = EasyPeasyLemonSqueezy; all good
