HTTP Server Failing Request

Hello Experts,

I have created an HTTP Server and everything appears to working fine. However, I keep on getting the error message shown in the image whenever I try to access file from the Windows 7 Server - (which I have created as a HTTP Server)

However,  the file is there.

Can someone please let me know what I'm doing wrong?

When I try to access the file from the server itself, I get the following error message;

Hopefully, this will help you help me.
What is the file name you are trying to access.  The 2nd message implies that it is not a .html or .htm file.
