My colleague did not receive an email which was sent directly to her by her manager. The email was sent at 7:12 PM on 1st April 2015. I got the email at the same time but she could not reply to the email because she did not get it. She later replied to the email after I replied, which means that she got the reply email from my but the original email got lost somewhere. I pulled up the mailbox log and found that the email was never received at her exchange server mailbox. She is now worried that she may have lost emails like the same way in the past. Also not sure what to do to avoid such things in future. Can you please advise?
We are using outlook 2013.
