Hi all hope you are well on this lovely day:-)
We had an issue on one of our office servers and as a temporary solution we routed emails through another of our offices servers.
Ie changed mx records to point to our other servers IP and set up authorised domain on this server.
We then went to revert back to the old server - all seemed to work well as far as the new server sending and receiving emails except when sent from the office that we previously routed emails through.
When we send emails using outlook it picks up the email in the send to but comes up with not delivered address not found, even though if you send through another office or any other email account the email is fine.
We have deleted the accounts and mail boxes created previously where we temporarily routed the emails yet it still seems to be trying to send via these details and thus cant find that account or email address when trys to send.
Is there away to clear this and enable emails to be sent ok
