We recently installed a wild card cert on one of our web servers. When connecting to the site using just the <a href="https://site" rel="ugc">https://site</a>&nbsp;name, it works fine with no errors. <br />

But, when we add the www like <a href="https://www.sitename.com" rel="ugc">https://www.sitename.com</a>&nbsp;, we get a certificate error. What did we miss?

Certificate error only when using www

HTTPS is a protocol for secure communication over a computer network which is widely used on the Internet. IIS is Internet Information Services, the web server included with Windows Server operating systems. All current versions are built on a modular architecture; modules can be added or removed individually so that those required for specific functionality are installed. The full installation of IIS includes HTTP, security, content, compression, caching, logging and diagnostics.
