Recently i got promoted as Assistant Manager in our company and would be handling around 20 Individuals. I have been given responsibility to build a "Performance Metric Template" in excel to assess the employees.
It would be of great help if anyone out here have a sample template, so that i can look at the same and build one for our department.
The team members would be assessed based on Customer Satisfaction ; Process knowledge ; Additional responsibilities ; etc.
I am not sure if this is the right forum. However, if someone here have the sample of any performance metrics would really help me to build a new one.
