Performance Metrics in Excel for Finance and Accounting / Financial planning and Analysis operations

Hi Experts,

Recently i got promoted as Assistant Manager in our company and would be handling around 20 Individuals. I have been given responsibility to build a "Performance Metric Template" in excel to assess the employees.

It would be of great help if anyone out here have a sample template, so that i can look at the same and build one for our department.

The team members would be assessed based on Customer Satisfaction ; Process knowledge ; Additional responsibilities ; etc.

I am not sure if this is the right forum. However, if someone here have the sample of any performance metrics would really help me to build a new one.

Not sure, what exactly are you looking for.  but i know one template for performance management plan and monitor.

@ProfessorJimJam: Hi Thanks for the response! but the attached metrics is for performance of a project. What i am looking is for a simple sample metrics template where i could assess the employees and rate them on below mentioned points on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.

1)      CSAT/Customer Feedback
2)      Process Excellence
3)      Additional Responsibility
4)      Compliance with Company's Policies
5)      Developmental goals

i still do not get it.  based on what criterias the employees will be assessed. where is your scoring criteria data?
The scoring criteria would as mentioned below; I am looking to build a template based on these CTQ's and rate employee accordingly. Any template similar to this would help me in creating one.

CTQ's      Target
Production      40%
Quality      31%
Attendance      3%
Team Work      4%
Commitment       7%
Creativity/ Innovation/ Value adds/ Initiatives      9%
Trainings      6%
Total      100%

Below is employee rating:

4      Outstanding                           95 - 100
3      Exceed Expectation            85 - 94
2      Met Expectation                    75 - 84
1      Need Improvements            <70
