Best security practicies for Citrix

If a user logged in using someone else's credentials and modified a file, how do you enable logging to track this type of activity?  Is it turned on by default or are there best practices for logging admin events

maybe better stated Citrix Services - What are the features that should be enabled  when running Citrix services for a large call center? Also, regarding accountability and syslog events

You can track the session details if you use the edgesight, Also can you explain more detail.
If someone using other user account then its all trust with users were they never share the credentials.
