Your error may depend on the Android version.
I used the Qualys tool to analyze your certificate.
It shows a failure for Android 2.3.7

I have 4.4.2 and I can view many sites with ssl.
What certificate error are you getting on the android device when you go to "View Certificate"?

What specific problem does it have with the certificate? That the date isn't valid? Or that it is not issued by a trusted authority? Or something else?

I upgraded my certificate to SSH2 and it got rid of the problem.
