LLQ QOS question

Hello all,

Using LLQ QOS, if my network start experiencing congestions (I’m talking about data side not voice and video now) if the particular application goes over the specified bandwidth percent, what will happen to the packets of that app? Will they get be queued in memory buffers? If so, what if those buffers get filled up? I can’t have dropped packets at all for this app rather just stabilized packet flow at certain bandwidth percentage.

Will LLQ allow me to have this app work and flow at just that identified % and not more or less? If so, that’s what I am looking for. If not, what will?
Thanks
