ISA 2006 Default Rule blocking OWA access to Options page Exchange 2010

Internally my users can access the Options such as change password but cannot when accessing externally. Logs on the ISA server confirm it is the default rule that is blocking the GET attempt when attempting to redirect to the given Options page. How should this be configured to allow external access to these tools? Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I was able to resolve this by modifying the OWA rule on the ISA server. I had to add a new path for /ecp/* as it was not present and this allowed the traffic to pass to the control panel page.
