We are currently running Outlook 2011 for Mac. We are noticing that Outlook 2011 tries to sync with Exchange, and it is running into a sync issue and it is unable to bring down any new e-mails. We had collaborated with Microsoft over the past few weeks and they have provided us with a number of patches that we applied.
The behavior is better now and the sync will perform only when Outlook 2011 is launched. If Outlook 2011 exited and and relaunched, the e-mail sync will occur correctly, however after the sync occurs, no more active syncing will be performed. We have other users who are using Outlook 2011 for Mac and not experiencing this issue.
Just curious if anyone has experienced this very challenging issue and if there may be a more solid solution. :-)
