cannot create SQL2014 listener

Hi Experts,

I have installed SQL2014 on two nodes.
I want to use Availability Groups as failover.
But I have problems to install the listener.

See the error in the next post.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo)

The WSFC cluster could not bring the Network Name resource with DNS name 'NTSListener' online. The DNS name may have been taken or have a conflict with existing name services, or the WSFC cluster service may not be running or may be inaccessible. Use a different DNS name to resolve name conflicts, or check the WSFC cluster log for more information.
The attempt to create the network name and IP address for the listener failed. The WSFC service may not be running or may be inaccessible in its current state, or the values provided for the network name and IP address may be incorrect. Check the state of the WSFC cluster and validate the network name and IP address with the network administrator. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 19471)

I have this problem in detail:

Cluster network name resource 'NTS-DB_NTS-DB' failed to create its associated computer object in domain 'keymaster.local' during: Resource online.

The text for the associated error code is: Access is denied.

Please work with your domain administrator to ensure that:
- The cluster identity 'NTS-CLSQL$' has Create Computer Objects permissions. By default all computer objects are created in the same container as the cluster identity 'NTS-CLSQL$'.
- The quota for computer objects has not been reached.
- If there is an existing computer object, verify the Cluster Identity 'NTS-CLSQL$' has 'Full Control' permission to that computer object using the Active Directory Users and Computers tool.

But where can I give more permissions ?
Are you doing installation with domain admin account ? or at least an account with all listed privileges.

the problem was the AD object of the cluster was not in OU COMPUTERS, it was in my OU SERVERS.
But on this OU some policies are active.
