I need to gather 3 bits of &quot;FREE FORMAT&quot; sensitive data from 200 users. &nbsp;E,g, Bank account numbers and name of account!<br />

(I am aware of the Microsoft outlook &quot;survey&quot; option but this does not seem to allow free format data).<br />
I cannot use survey monkey (or similar) as it will not be trusted by all my 200 users.<br />

In reality, the users need to receive an email from me - rather than via any third party tool.<br />
