Microsoft SQL timeout issue every day connecting to CRM database.

Hi, When attempting to connect through web page to our CRM box we get the error below. It only happens once or twice a day. When we retry it works fine.

SQL Execution Error.
SQL statement: SELECT TOP (200) Field1, Field2Field3, FROM detailsbase

Error Message: Connection Timeout Expired. The timeout period

out while waiting for server to complete the login process and respond;
Or it could have timed out while attempting to create multiple active
connections. The duration spent while attempting to connect to this
