How to stop Konica Minolta Bizhub C284e driver switching from English to French on its own?

Setup this printer with the standard and the monochrome Drivers. On its own, it switches from English to French. I have tried to get a handle on what the users are doing when this happens but it varies too much to find a specific cause.

I have deleted and re-added the printer several times for several users. Made sure the printer itself is set to English. Created a shared printer on the main workstation (this is a Windows 7 'Workgroup'), created the printer using its' IP Address...

Sometimes after 7 print jobs, sometimes after 7 days, the Printer Preferences just change to French. This happens sporadically to some of the users but not all in the workgroup.

Deleted printer and used Konica's PCL drivers instead of PS Drivers - so far this time the settings are saving in English.

I would wait a few days to make sure it is fixed since that has been what happened--ok then goes to French so wait a few days just in case
