Can I have a borderless row in a table?

I have the following table code:
<table border="1" style="width: 100%;">

I would like the last row/cell to NOT have a border.  These all fail.
<tr border=0>
<tr style="border: none">
<tr style="border: 0">

<td border=0>
<td style="border: none">
<td style="border: 0">

I wanted to accomplish this in-line.  Is this possible?

You'll want the top border of your last row to be visible, but the side and bottom borders to be invisible.

To do that, you'll need to take out the "border=x" everywhere and depend on styles. Here's an example of three rows, where the last row has no borders:
<style>
  table, tr, th, td { border-collapse: collapse; }
  th, td { border: black 1px solid; }
 .endrow { border-left: none; border-right: none; border-bottom: none; }
</style>
<table>
  <tr><td>Row 1, cell 1</td><td>Row 1, cell 2</td></tr>
  <tr><td>Row 2, cell 1</td><td>Row 2, cell 2</td></tr>
  <tr><td class="endrow">Row 3, cell 1</td><td class="endrow">Row 3, cell 2</td></tr>
</table>

Notice I made a specific style class called .endrow, referenced by class="endrow" in each of the last TD tags.

I'm sure that this will work... not for me though... I'm sure something is up with bootstrap.  Thanks though... it is past time to move on.
