"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

There are a few ways, but I would setup an Application for Office 2010 and then Uninstall it from a collection containing the computers you want it uninstalled from.

Alternatively if you are installing a newer version of Office, it will by default uninstall older versions of Office, so you could just setup an Application for the new version and apply it to the collections required.
