Error e001000b: The specified media could not be written to. - Job processing failure

The backup is not working and I got this error message.

The destination drive capacity is not full, it is not in power saving sleep mode and there is no change in credentials, so what else can be wrong?

what is that Kevn?  the logfile from the WDL ? or what
Logfile from the Novabackup
did you run the diag, as asked  yet? what is the result?
It seems that we need to create a backup account so that the novabackup can access the NAS.
a local backup account but we cannot create an account called backup
I tried to do a manual backup, and it is able to access the NAS, but when it is on schedule, it is not able to.
