If we delegate users in dynamic distribution list, will they get signature automatically or is it manual. It does not appear automatically. Exchange 2013.

Hi Adam, the signature software is CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro. I believe it doesn't support applying a signature for Distribution groups?

Hi Adam,
Sorry the post was created by my colleague. We do have a valid support contract with CodeTwo. I am pretty sure we already logged this before and it wasn't supported.
Currently the Dynamic Group is not in an OU where the signature is applied. I can move it and test if you like?

James,
Yes, please do. The signature should now start to get added for users sending as the group.
Please let me know what the result is,

Hi Adam,
It does work, but we can't use it because they want the signature to display the name and telephone number of the distribution group (HR Team). This is not supported because distribution groups don't have the same attributes as users.
The only option is to make another signature for this one group or apply and manual signature in Outlook.
Thanks for your help.

You're welcome!

Can you expand on your setup? Are your users 'sending as' a distribution group, and are the signatures set up on the client or server level?
