Copy a profile on Windows 2012 R2

I want to disable the local administrator account on my W2012 R2 hosted server
I'd like to recover the profile and copy it to another user account
The "Copy To" button is greyed out
I tried using Enablers but nothing has worked so far
I tried copying or moving the profile using the Explorer but no files get transfered
Any ideas ?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you have User Account Control Enabled? I would also try taking Ownership of this profile and then moving it.

Cliff GaliherCommented:
Copying profiles across accounts is simply not supported. There are too many items in the registry that reference the account or have permissions locked to that account. The copy to button has a specific purpose, but that's not the purpose.
