SumProduct formula Issue

Good Day Expert,

I have a MS Excel 2010 workbook (attached) with two spreadsheets CSWGROUPLISTING033115 and GroupMemberCount in which I wanted to match the totals from GroupMemberCount to CSWGROUPLISTING033115.  I am using the sum product function but am having some problems.

I searched the two spreadsheet and the groups do show in both spreadsheets but is returning says 20 plus 1 or 21 when the total should be 20.  Also there will be total that return 1 but when I searched in the GroupMemberCount the group number cannot be found.

I highlighted a couple example in the spreadsheet attached.  Could you please let me know what I am doing wrong?

Please see the funtion - =SUMPRODUCT((GroupMemberCount!$C$2:$C$20828=IF(ISNUMBER(CSWGROUPLISTING033115!C2*1), CSWGROUPLISTING033115!C2*1,CSWGROUPLISTING033115!C2))*(GroupMemberCount!$B$2:$B$20828=CSWGROUPLISTING033115!B2)*(GroupMemberCount!$D$2:$D$20828))

It gives you 21 in the first example which is for-->0000DM201F72C

If you check row number-->7281 you will see value-->20, However if you check row number-->19607.. The same value is repeated again with same combination with 1 their..and sumproduct is adding those values and showing 21..

Let me know if you don't want to see that and you want to see the first value answer only...

Good Day Saurabh Singh Teotia,
If possible it would be best to see the first value only not adding those with the same combinations
