any idea what to look at here ? I am not sure how to even start to know what this means

Hardware, and are you running on certified equipment on the HCL ?

Can you reproduce the fault ?

Or is this just a one off failure ?

it is running on some hitachi blades

not sure if this on the HCL

this will not boot yet just hangs on loading the image

i think this has happend in the past

the only thing i noticed is that it said "no place on disk to dump data
so verify if the disk is connected, and has free space

How can you tell it is an hitachi blade?
thanks , this was something the I missed , they updated the BIOS and it Seems ok now
