"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The instructions are on the link you provided.  At this point, you should create a test page on your own site ( with only enough code to make this work.  Upload to a public facing area then post the link.  If this is a private intranet, by using non private data it is ok to upload.  If you still do not have a way to upload, try using or  You will need to do a little work on your end to get started.

you have a wrong entry for the rel attribute:
Instead of
<a href="../images/location.png" rel="../js/lightbox" title="Location Map">

Open in new window

it should be just
<a href="../images/location.png" rel="lightbox" title="Location Map">Location</a>

Open in new window

BUT: your zipped sample project did not work at all, because the folder and linking/referencing structure did not match - therefore I had to change much more which was somehow unnecessary work.
And I do not know if this happens on your server as well, therefore please double check either using Chrome dev tools or IE 11 Dev Tools that each and every resource (JS, CSS, images ...) can be loaded.
