SSRS Report Builder - Install without SQL Server

I wish to use SSRS Report Builder 3.0 on my PC.  Is it possible to install it without installing SQL server and without a license?

I want to build reports using an Excel or Access as the data source.  Please advise.  All advise is greatly appreciated!

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

SSRS report is just a part of Sql server. It's a must that you should also have set up Sql sever and have the licence for that.

You can install it and build reports but you won't be able to deploy reports unless you've got access to a report server.  Latest download is freely available here: Microsoft® SQL Server® 2014 Report Builder
