Sharepoint Foundation 2013 question (very basic)

Just getting started and need some very basic help with a library setup.  How do I enable the 'search' box to show that will only search the document library on screen?  I do have the site search box... but I know I have seen a search box  above the column headers just to the right of 'All Documents' and the ...

Right now it does not show up at all?  I will need to be able to search by this specific library.  Thanks

The Search box is only available for lists and libraries that are displayed as client-side rendered views. Although the default behavior is to display the Search box, the Search Box can be hidden by the List View Web Part property, Search Box, in the Miscellaneous section of the tool pane.
But I suspect that it is not available in Foundation edition as it depends on "Filter Search" feature in Enterprise.

Can someone confirm if the feature is or is not available in Foundation?  This kind of ticks me off because I am watching the Lynda.com tutorial on SharePoint 2013 Foundation Essentials, and it clearly shows in the tutorial that the search boxes, per library and list, are there.   In searching online I have already seen the same info as the two replies here...but needs a confirmation if it is or is not part of Foundation.   Thanks.
