Google Groups

My OS is win 7 prof 64 bit and I have office 365.  i have a group at Google Groups where i used to post messages.  Usually I create the messages in Word 2013, then do a copy and paste into the Google Group.  As for the graphics, at Google Groups, I insert the picture function.  
After copying and pasting into Google groups, I do formatting and editing, like setting the font size to large, or huge, or set a link to a map at  or I may insert a picture using the Insert -picture function in Google groups.
My users complain that the posted message when released does not display as I formatted on the screen.  
is there any software out there that could one create a message and then copy to google groups and then post it, so that it will display as it was formatted.  Thank u.

Is there a reason why you need Word 2013 to create your messages?  What happens if you create a message in Google Docs and then paste it into Google Groups and then send your message?  Is formatting still junky?

in response to Kyle, I lost u when u said to create the message in Google Docs.  How do I get to this Google Docs?
Usually I click on New Topic and it then opens an editor, and this is where I paste the text that was created from Word 2013.  But the links I set them manually again, or the pictures too.

1. Log into your gmail account.
2. Click the apps button > Docs (see photo)

3.  Create your message in the Google Doc.
4.  Format your doc as needed.
5.  Select All the entire message from the Doc and Copy. (CTRL+A > CTRL+C)
6.  Open Google Groups (see photo)

7.  Paste (CTRL+V) your message into your Google Groups message.
8.  Send a test message to yourself or a co-worker.
