Problem to navigate to deployed page

Hi,
I've deployed the project but when I go to

http://192.168.168.1/Start_dev/Default.aspx

I do get this
This webpage is not available

on the page. Before this, there is no such problem.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Check the permission you have given for the folder published on the server

Thanks. I see that there is no problem to the permission of the folder. And before this, there is no problem to navigate to that, while I've done no change.

what happens if you enter the page into your browser's address line?

192.168.168.1 is  a local ip address. make sure that the local network is available. try to ping the address in a command window.

Many thanks all.
Sara,
Nice to see you again.

I did no change to the IP or network settings and yesterday everything was fine. Yes, the IP now having problem to ping.

Mahesh,
How to restart IIS server?

Yes, the IP now having problem to ping.
check all the cables and switch off/on the router or switch for some time.

if the ip gives no ping, you will have bad luck to get any response from the server machine.

run the cmd as administrator , and then type  "iisreset /noforce" without quotes. The IIS server will be restarted
