Active Standy Firewall for SMB

I am looking for active standby firewall for 30 user setup.
The firewall needs to be in active standby mode. The internet link capacity will be 2 Mbps & the max user's who will be using will be 30 users.
What is the best & the recommended hardware model for this.

FortiGate 100 Series is good if you have budget

otherwise

But if you have time then you can create free firewall on AMD 8 core processor with 16 gb ram PC with two NIC cards.

Free firewalls are followings:-
1) IP cop
2) pfsense
3)  smooth wall

"Best" is rather subjective.

What do you mean by "Active Standby"?

A pair Cisco ASA 5505's with a 50 user license will meet your requirements.

Active Standby means , 1 firewall is active & the 2nd firewall will be passive which means in case if the primary firewall fails  the secondary firewall takes over
