"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Make sure the user downloads the Offline Address Book from their Outlook under the Send / Receive tab.  Sometimes it doesn't come down quick enough and that happens.

It didn't work.  It did the download but I am still getting the same NDR.

Have you tried it through OWA?  If it works through OWA and not through Outlook then it is likely a local Outlook profile issue.  You can try and create a new Outlook profile in Control Panel and see if that fixes it up.

I am not getting a bounce in OWA.

I will create a new profile when I am able to.
