User Can't email contact ON Exchange
I have created a new contact on my exchange server 2010.
I have one users who cannot send emails to that address. I am able to and other users can.

Make sure the user downloads the Offline Address Book from their Outlook under the Send / Receive tab. Sometimes it doesn't come down quick enough and that happens.

It didn't work. It did the download but I am still getting the same NDR.
