If you are on Windows, you can install WAMP http://www.wampserver.com/en/ or XAMPP https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html . They both include all the programs like Apache, PHP, and MySQL that you need.
There is also a thing called "MAMP." Google it. Helpful if you choose an Apple computer.

im download xampp and install several programs, i do not find the mysql interphase, i expected something lik sql server GIU
