I have an issue with a UC560 phone system that utilizes both a Skype SIP trunk and a PRI Trunk. The issue appears to only be with the Skype SIP trunk is in use. The situation is as follows:
Caller calls to the Skype SIP number
Number gets answered by the receptionist
Receptionist transfers call to a phone in the office
Caller Hears the voicemail greeting and leaves a message, tries to hit # for more options and nothing happens. Subsequently no message is ever left for the extension as well.
Through testing, if the we associate a skype sip number directly to a phone, you can leave a message for the extension with no problem.
Not sure where to look first on this one.
