UC560 and Skype SIP DTMF issue

I have an issue with a UC560 phone system that utilizes both a Skype SIP trunk and a PRI Trunk. The issue appears to only be with the Skype SIP trunk is in use. The situation is as follows:

Caller calls to the Skype SIP number

Number gets answered by the receptionist

Receptionist transfers call to a phone in the office

Caller Hears the voicemail greeting and leaves a message, tries to hit # for more options and nothing happens. Subsequently no message is ever left for the extension as well.

Through testing, if the we associate a skype sip number directly to a phone, you can leave a message for the extension with no problem.

Not sure where to look first on this one.

The fix for this was to remove the sip profile from the UC560 config and re-apply it. Commands issued were:

Voice-service voip
no sip-profile
sip-profiles 1000nsip-profiles 1000osip-profiles 1000 sip-profiles 1000
sip-profiles 2000

go to

telephony-service
 calling-number initiator

This seemed to do the trick.
