I found this thread on changing the Exif Date:

But I need to change the title.  Any suggestions on how to do that?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi, while I haven't tried this tool out yet, have a look at ExifTool:

It looks like you could run
exiftool -title="My Title" C:\Photos.jpg

If that works, we could wrap the process in a script to batch process files.

Thanks Rob,

I had done some research and looked around and that seems to be the most straight-forward solution.  I wasn't 100% certain of the command line to change the title, so I'll try your suggestion.
