I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Why don't you have a read of these four articles, starting from

It shows all the steps to produce Pivot Tables and charts. PivotCharts are covered in the third and fourth articles, but it's important to know the beginning steps as well.

With regard to your specific question, the attachments indicate that the assigment is homework.

Here are the rules on EE regarding homework:

the Experts want to help you learn to accomplish the task or solve the problem when you face it in real life, so they will help guide you to the correct solution, but they are not permitted to provide the solution for you.

Here are some examples of questions that fall outside the scope of Experts Exchange:

Asking to have a program, application, or complex query written for you. This also includes work that would typically require you to hire an independent contractor.
Copy & pasting your assignment or homework questions without including the work you've already done. Experts are prohibited from providing complete answers to exam questions, homework assignments, or projects as this violates the academic honesty clause in section 16 of the Code of Conduct.

Hi Phillip,

Thanks for taking time to read my question and replying back. Also Thanks for informing me about the code of conduct. How ever this is not  home work assignment but I am trying to get it done for my work as I am back filling for some one on vacation, I suggested to y manager I could do it as I know excel but now I am stuck, didn't know it will be so complex.
I tried looking at videos on line but ended in confusion. You can take a look at what I have done and provide suggestions if you have time. Thanks a lot in advance.
