How to setup proxy settings when staff move iPads between home and work networks.

Hi

We have staff that bring their personal iPads and connect to our organisation network. We setup proxy’s settings when they connect their MacBook to our network.
 When they take it home they must come out of the proxy. Every day they have to keep entering the proxy settings with user name and password when they connect their MAC book to our network.

 Is there an easy way of setting up a network location, so they need not to keep typing the proxy settings every day when they are at work place  and they can just switch the locations.
 If there is way, please post me some tutorials.
