USB CAMERA with OPTICAL ZOOM AT LEAST 22x

Hi all, and sorry for my english.
I'm looking for an usb camera to capture video from a distance of 50 cm.
I need a good resolution and an optical zoom at least of 22x.
Surfing the web, i can find only:
- usb microscope (i think they works only in 3,4 cm distance!)
- ptz cam (they are too expensive, too big and i don't need motion)

I need usb camera so i can control some parameters and draw an overlay on two image.
Scope of my application is for production environment :
1) having two camera pointing on plastics tube
2) operator can control right alignment of the tube, looking in a monitor where he can see two box with two camera and x,y assix overlayed

Can you help me in finding the right camera with these features:
- usb 2.0 o 3.0
- small factor form
- optical zoom at least 22x
- price about 100/120 euro

Please ask me for details, really thanks!
