QR Codes

I have a QR code that I put into a word document.  I do not have a smart phone, so I can not tell if the QR code will take me directly to the http:// site I listed.

Is there a way to scan the image on my windows machine and see if brings up the appropriate http site within a browser?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Other than having a QR scanner hooked to your computer (I have a USB one), you can save a screenshot as a JPG, PNG, etc, and upload it to any number of QR online reader websites:

http://webqr.com (this one will use your webcam or phone camera)
