Emails arrive into the inbox and then suddenly pop into the junk folder in MS Outlook 2010

Working on Windows 7, with MS Office Outlook 2010 and now have a user whose emails arrive into the inbox and then suddenly pop into the junk folder. Checked under Home --> Junk --> Junk Options and the setting is already set to -->No Automatic Filter. No rules are set up to send email to Junk.  Suddenly, outside email as well as in-house emails are arriving into the Inbox, but after a few seconds appear in Junk Folder. Not all emails, but now at lease half of what she receives. Anyone else seen this problem before?

Cheryl FrisbyAuthor Commented:
We didn't setup our antivirus to do email. We have an outside service for that.

could you try to run outlook with "outlook.exe /cleanrules" to be sure you don't have any "hidden" rules.

is there any server involed in this? may be the rules sitting on the server is causing this.
Cheryl FrisbyAuthor Commented:
It was the SmartPhone  that added the Junk folder. Found article on the internet.
My user has the Samsung Tab, but it did create the Junk folder.

Outlook creates extra folder called "Junk" in Mailbox.
Microsoft Office  >  Outlook IT Pro Discussions

Since the folder appears after creating the account on the S4, it appears the S4 is responsible for the folder, not Outlook. Have you reviewed the setting on the S4, especially in regards to junk handling? It's not picking up the server's junk folder and is creating one of it's own.
