sticky footer not sticking

At one point, I had my sticky footer working, but I added and/or changed something and now I can't get it back to the bottom of the page. The component I'm using is http://www.cssstickyfooter.com/

My page can be found here: http://www.exchangetree.org/_newDesign2/template.asp

Any help is greatly appreciated

You really have to follow these instructions to the letter or it will not work. You have min-height:100% instead of height:100% for the html element.

html, body {
    background-color: #e5decf;
    font-family: Verdana;
    height: 100%;
}

thanks, that fixed it, but now I'm getting a horizontal scroll bar on that page. Any ideas why?

It's also happening on my content pages as well - http://www.exchangetree.org/_newDesign2/about/Donate.asp

Bootstrap puts 15px of negative margin left and right on class="row".

.row {
    margin-left: -15px;
    margin-right: -15px;
}

You will have to override that to eliminate the horizontal scroll bar

You are trying to mix a sticky footer css example with bootstrap css. Did you do know that Bootstrap has a sticky footer template on their website?
