Server 2012 open license remote desktop services

I installed Remote desktop services on server 2012 R2 using the Quick Start option.  I have purchased open license for this server and I can't figure out how to install the open license.  When I go to install license, the license program shows "License Pack (Retail Version) "

How do I get to the point that I can enter the open license?

There should be a dropdown that lets you select "Open License" or something similar rather than "License Pack (Retail Version)." Then you'll just need to provide the two codes it prompts you for, which you should have received along with your CALs.

There is no drop down. IT just shows retail version version as if I had already selected that

I haven't forgotten this, but I've been doing some testing in a lab environment. In RD Licensing Manager, right-click your server and select Properties. For Connection Method, select Web Browser, and click OK. This is normally used to activate or install CALs on a Remote Desktop licensing server without an Internet connection.

Start the Install Licenses Wizard again. When you click Next on the opening page of the wizard, you'll see a URL (https://activate.microsoft.com). Browse to this site and select Install client access licenses. Provide the license server ID (displayed in the wizard), and select the appropriate license program. Then provide your company and country info, which will need to match what you specified when you activated the license server. Click Next, and you should see the appropriate fields now (Authorization Number and License Number if you purchased the CALs through the Open License program). Make sure to select the correct type and quantity of CALs. When you supply the information and click Next, you should be provided with an ID that you can then enter in the Install Licenses Wizard to install the CALs.
