I am about to start developing a website for a tourist location, and they want the weather forecast for the next few days displaying...

whats the best/easiest weather api?

Yes, I think with a little creativity and some CSS you can get exactly what you want from the APIs.  You may have to tailor a request or filter the data a little bit, but that's to be expected when you use a foreign API.
