"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If it's server 2012, hover your mouse in the bottom left corner, and then when the picture of the start screen comes up, right click and select Command Prompt.  In 2012 R2 just right click the Start button.
You should learn Powershell and use Powershell instead of the Command Prompt.  You can do a lot more in PowerShell, especially for 2012 Server.
On the Start screen, type cmd.
In the Apps results, click cmd.
