To Add Roles and Permissions in ESX 3.5,4.1,5.x using command line
Recently I have created local user named abc on ESX 3.5 using command line and made it part of group named xyz .
Group XYZ is configured there in sudors ..like all ids part of group xyz will be able to take putty for 3.5 using new local account.
but issue is not allowing to take vi client login with those ids..so i would need to add adminstartor role for groups xyz
Please advise the command line to be used here, so that all user part of group xyz can also have same right and permission like we have for root and firstly we need adminsitrator access, so that new local user can do everything from vi client as well.
and is this the same porcess we can use for 4.1,5.1 and 5.5 ?
Now i need to add admin role to group xyz which has newly created user abc in ESX 3.5 ?
