Can you clarify what that means?
Do you have a proxy server? If so, then you need to exclude the Exchange server from the proxy configuration so the client connects directly.

hi simon,

no proxy server is in the infrastructure.
Problems using Powershell and Active Directory?

hi zach,

removing the SSL option, would lead to security breach and i can't do it from server.

Could give a test so as to make sure you have no issues with your SSL in OAB?

Have you checked all the exchange services are running ? Have you checked all your events (warnings/errors) in your exchange?

Open IE
go to tools > options
Connections tab

Check Lan Settings
Check if your ISA is listed in the proxy.
check the box - bypass proxy server for local address.

Restart the computer and see if outlook can download OAB
Simon Butler (Sembee)ConsultantCommented:
On the properties of the OAB virtual directory in ECP, check the URL is set correctly.
It should be - the should resolve to your Exchange server correctly and be on the trusted SSL certificate.
