Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 Active Directory

I have a Exchange 2007  Windows 2003 server.  My network is currently Windows 2003 active directory. When I install a new Windows 2008 active directory, will the Exchange 2007 on Windows 2003 server still run?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Exchange 2007 on Windows Server 2003 will run with Windows Active-directory of Windows 2008. We are having a same Prod running absolutely fine. However i would recommend you to use Windows Server 2008 R2. Here in our Prod we have Windows Server 2008 R2 active-directory. Even you can think of Windows Server 2012 R2
